These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and mcwcom ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the mcwcom website and its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mcwcom platform and, where applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Verification

mcwcom reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Until satisfactory age verification documents have been received and approved, the platform may restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladesh authority. Providing false or misleading documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

mcwcom is principally designed to serve players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk. mcwcom accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's access to or use of the platform in a restricted jurisdiction.

You agree to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify mcwcom promptly of any changes.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one single registered account on mcwcom. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mcwcom reserves the right to:

• Close all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Void all bets, game rounds, and bonus activations associated with any duplicate account.
• Withhold and forfeit any balance held across all related accounts.
• Permanently ban the player's IP address, device fingerprint, and payment details from future registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mcwcom login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to use your account, or use the account of another person. mcwcom will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact mcwcom support immediately via live chat so that your account can be suspended pending investigation. mcwcom recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

mcwcom operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as part of its commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal. Players may be asked to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie photograph for identity confirmation. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of the request will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction caps. mcwcom may apply enhanced due diligence to accounts depositing unusually large sums and may request additional KYC documentation before crediting such deposits to the gaming wallet.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

4.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your mcwcom account originate from legitimate, lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. Depositing funds derived from fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

mcwcom offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general bonus conditions. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit on mcwcom may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated on the welcome bonus promotion page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are credited to the player's bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion can be transferred to the withdrawable cash wallet.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal.

• Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino wagers typically contribute 100%; slots may vary by title.
• Wagers that are voided, cancelled, or result in a push do not count towards wagering requirements.

• mcwcom reserves the right to apply maximum stake limits on bonus play. Wagers exceeding the maximum bonus stake will not count towards wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mcwcom employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting wagering contributions through low-risk hedging strategies, and coordinated bonus abuse across multiple players. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have all bonuses voided, their account suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• mcwcom reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account.
• Participating in a promotion does not guarantee winnings. All game outcomes remain subject to the underlying game's RTP and RNG mechanics.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Impersonation: Registering an account or providing KYC documentation in another person's name or using stolen identity documents.

8.1 Limited Licence for Personal Use

mcwcom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy or adapt the platform's source code; scrape, harvest, or index platform data; create derivative works based on platform content; or use any mcwcom trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner likely to create confusion as to the source or affiliation of the content.

8.2 Third-Party Game Content

Game titles available on mcwcom are provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those game titles remain with the respective studios. mcwcom makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcwcom and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the mcwcom platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.

9.1 Platform Availability

mcwcom endeavours to maintain platform availability of 99.9% but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures (including payment processor outages), or circumstances beyond mcwcom's reasonable control (force majeure events). mcwcom accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore service promptly.

9.2 Betting Errors

mcwcom reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price resulting from a system or human error, or where the odds displayed were clearly erroneous when compared to the fair market price at the time of placement. Players will be notified of any such void and their stake refunded in full to their gaming wallet.

9.3 Maximum Liability Cap

In any event, mcwcom's total aggregate liability to you arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mcwcom account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mcwcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mcwcom will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notice on the platform and/or by email to your registered address. 10.1 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your mcwcom account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, mcwcom will: confirm your identity; ensure there are no pending withdrawal requests or unresolved disputes; and, where no bonus wagering requirements are active, process a final withdrawal of your remaining cash balance to your registered payment method. Closure of an account does not entitle a player to withdraw bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements.

10.2 Account Suspension or Closure by mcwcom

mcwcom may suspend or permanently close your account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information or KYC documentation.
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct involving your account.
• Instruction from a relevant authority, court order, or regulatory body.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, mcwcom reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., a jurisdiction-based access restriction), mcwcom will process a full refund of the player's verifiable cash balance within 14 business days.
